With the increasingly complex competition environment at domestic and abroad and the level of competition constantly upgrade,human resources as the "first resource" will play a vital role.The vital part of the enterprise human resources management process is the employee incentive mechanism,Scientific and reasonable employee incentive mechanism can induce the work motive of employees,to achieve that the employees themselves needs to meet and the completion of objectives of the organization at the same time,to achieve a win-win results,and to maximum stimulate employees' work enthusiasm and passion,let them to create greater benefits for the enterprise.As the country's large state-owned resources enterprise-SDHJ gold mineral company,under the background of the gold enterprises structure is very outstanding in the current,must carry the sound and rapid development,and maintain the responsibility and rapid obligation of the gold industry leading status.In response to the current social situation of the constant challenge,SDHJ gold mineral company have made a strategy to establish employee incentives and actively respond to new challenges strategic choice.But the SDHJ gold mineral company is currently facing the biggest problem is how to achieve the strategic requirements of the incentive mechanism,SDHJ gold mineral company as the representative of the traditional incentive mechanism of state-owned gold enterprises are facing enormous challenges and challenges.In this paper,the SDHJ gold mineral company as the research object,used the knowledge of management,through field research and questionnaire survey investigated and analyzed the company's management status and the problems existed in the staff incentive mechanism,found five aspects of employee salary system,staff assessment mechanism,enterprise culture construction,employee incentive and employee career planning problems,and put forward the corresponding improvement plan.Among them,in view of the problems existing in the employee compensation system,it will be optimized from the salary system,salary performance system,salary payment procedure,employee welfare system;Aiming at the existing problem of employee assessment mechanism,it will be optimized from the process of assessment,index optimization;Aiming at the existing problem of enterprise culture construction,it will be optimized from the employees' culture consciousness,the enterprise core values and enterprise culture characteristics;In view of the problems existing in the staff training system,it will be optimized from the aspects of training plan,training principle.Through the optimization of the employee incentive mechanism of SDHJ gold mineralcompany,it is hoped that the enthusiasm of the staff will be better motivated.This will be directly beneficial to the future development of the enterprise and the realization of the enterprise strategic goal.The other human resources management of the gold enterprise will also be have a certain reference.
