Ningxia's unique geographical location and climate make that Ningxia wolfberry is different between Qinghai and Xinjiang wolfberry.Its medicinal value higher,the most extensive cultivation in China,the market prospect is also very broad.In recent years,the Chinese wolfberry brand in the market has become a major pillar industry and export industry in Ningxia.It has not only promoted the local economic development,but also promoted the local employment.However,with the continuous development of the industry of Chinese wolfberry,many brands,enterprise development is also facing many problems in marketing strategy,challenges and tests are also obvious.There are many factors such as low scientific and technological content,short industry chain,low added value of products and imperfect quality standard system,which have been restricting the development of Ningxia wolfberry industry.BRY wolfberry Limited by Share Ltd headquartered in Ningxia national economic and Technological Development Zone,is a professional engaged in research and development,production,wolfberry planting,marketing and culture of "five in one" of the whole industry chain of high-tech enterprises.In this paper,the BRY Ningxia wolfberry Limited by Share Ltd on-site visits,visits and substantive business investigation,The current market status of the paper,research the internal environment and external environment,the use of SWOT,PEST and other tools for analysis,analysis of the case is now in the market,the old marketing model can not adapt to the huge changes in the market.The improvement strategy was also proposed through the 4P theory.Therefore,how to enhance the enterprise market position,to consolidate the local characteristics of the brand,choose the suitable marketing mode,improve domestic and international reputation is a long-term and arduous task,I hope to learn the knowledge of marketing management to put forward their own views and opinions to improve,through the new marketing mode,change and improvement for enterprises.
