Research On Environmental Evaluation Of Private Enterprises In Hebei Province

The development of private enterprises is the motive force of the growth of private economy.The competitiveness of enterprises is the embodiment of the comprehensive level and ability of the regional economic environment,social environment,science and technology environment and market environment,which is directly related to the healthy development of local economy and society.Therefore,it is imperative to clearly and objectively understand the development environment of private enterprises and find better countermeasures and suggestions for the economic development of Hebei province.First of all,based on the development characteristics of private enterprises in Hebei Province,we build a reasonable evaluation system for the development environment of private enterprises in Hunan Province.According to the development characteristics of private enterprises in our province,combined with the current policy of green development and sustainable development,the evaluation index system of the development environment of private enterprises in Hebei province is constructed from the two aspects of the internal and external environment of the enterprise development.Among them,the evaluation of the internal environment mainly includes the evaluation of entrepreneurial spirit,enterprise material base,enterprise organization structure,enterprise scientific research and so on.It mainly provides a stable basis for the principle of enterprise development strategy.The evaluation of the external environment is mainly divided into 4 aspects: the market environment,the social environment,the technical environment,the economic environment and so on.The macro environment development degree in the province and in China is established as a reference.Secondly,the selection of evaluation index.According to the construction of Hebei private enterprise development environment evaluation system,when selecting the input and output indicators,remove the strong correlation index,ensure the relative independence among the indicators,and provide solid data guarantee for the follow-up empirical analysis.Finally,the empirical analysis is carried out.According to the construction of Hebei private enterprise development environment evaluation system and the relevant data collected,using the co integration test,fuzzy evaluation method,entropy value method and other methods,the index system is evaluated synthetically.Through the analysis of the evaluation results,we found the problems existing in the development of private enterprises in Hebei Province,and put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the economic development of private enterprises in Hebei province.
