Study On The System Environment Of The Private Enterprises Development In China

By annotation of the relationship between system environment and development of private enterprise,this paper thinks environment condition of economic development is directly related to the institution.Therefore,to optimize the environment of economic development,we have to optimize the institution environment first.By elaboration of private enterprises' transformation of institution environment in our contry,we find that the position and function of private enterprise is very important in our coutry.What's more,we think the main problems of private enterprise are the limitation of interior management institution,restriction of exterior institution and so on.The primary reasons of those problems are system environment,current constitution procedure,limitation of social environment and so on.Finally,this paper put forwards the optimizition strategy of institution envivonment for the development of private enterprises in our country.To optimize the institution environment,we need to strengthen the innovation of governemt management system,build up the legal system environment that suit private enterprise's development,push forward a financial system innovation,create good informal system environment,urge the improvement of private enterprise's institution,speed the innovation of private enterprise's property right system and establishment social service support system.This paper takes Changsha city as an example,studies the institution environment of private enterprises.Related data indicate that the private enterprises in Changsha city present a trend that the amount increases quickly,the realm becomes widely and the scale extends grdually.Whereas,there are some institution environment problems in the development of private enterprises in Changsha city.For example,financial environment, innovation institution,social identification,intendance institution and so on.On the basis of the analysis above,to optimize the institution environment,we need to improve the policy institution environment of private investment,overcome the funds bottleneck of the development of the private enterprise,develop special gathering effect,improve the innovation level of private enterprise development,cultivate and strengthen the whole strength of private enterprise.
