The results of the long-term production practice showedthat production workshop layout has become an important part of production system inmanufacturing enterprises, a workshop layout is not only impact on the overall performanceof the whole production system largely, but also play a decisive role in the enterprise productquality, economic efficiency and production efficiency. A good layout can speed up theprocessing efficiency of the materials, improve production efficiency and production capacity,reduce the residence time and production logistics costs, eliminate or reduce accidents, ensureemployee health and comfort etc..This paper firstly introduces the background and significance of research, based on alarge collection of layout research literatures at home and abroad. Then, by surveying NGenterprise workshop, this paper analysis the current situation in F-D chart, and combining theactual of production workshop, put forward the concrete problems existing in the normaloperation of production workshop. Using the method of SLP to study logistics andnon-logistics relationship between each unit, then according to a certain ratio, this paperdetermine correlation of the operating units, and sorting the various work units synthesisdegree. Using the line graph method to make production workshop arrangement graph, thenput up3layout improvement schemes combining production workshop situation. Finally,through the actual production workshop situation, establish evaluation system of layout.Based on the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, build anew evaluation method. Evaluate the3improved schemes and the initial plan, determine theoptimal layout scheme, as theoretical support for the enterprise layout improvement. |
