Small And Medium-sized Software Project Communication Activities And Projects Successful Relationship

Recent years,the word's IT industry has got a big development by a surprising speed, the status of the IT industry has been very high in the developed countries. Although the IT industry has got a rapid development, but the development performance of the software is unsatisfactory all the time. Along with the increaseing requirements and enhanced functions of the software, more and more people realise that it can not solve the problem radically just by improving the technology. The management in the software's development is as important as the technology, even it's more important than technology. A successful software maybe is not the best technology, but it must has a good management. In project management, if people want to organize, command, coordinate and control the project scientifically, they must communicate.By analyzing plenty of the former literature about software project's communication management and the characteristic of Chinese software project on current condition,the paper firstly identified the important communicate activities on the basis of the software developing life-cycle. We divide the process of the development into four phases firstly, and then identified the improtant communicate activities in each phase. After that, we did a large-scale questionnaire research, applied SPSS statistic instrument consisted of gene analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis to analyze the relationship between communicate activities and the success of the software project.Finally, the author concludsd the research results and made correlative suggestions for the developer of the software on the basis of the research result.
