A Study On The Influence Of Tobacco Industry On The Economic Development Of Tobacco Growers In Enshi

In November 10,2003,China government officially signed the "Framework Convention on tobacco control",China become the Convention's seventy-seventh signatories,which indicates that the government is willing to China under the framework and the world on tobacco control cooperation.China is the largest tobacco producer,tobacco control convention will have what effect on the income of tobacco growers in the country? To solve the "three rural issues" and urban and rural development policy background,research has important practical significance for tobacco control under the condition of farmers' family income.With the improvement of China's accession to the World Trade Organization and the establishment of socialist market economy,the international tobacco group have accelerated the pace of the market.Chinese tobacco tobacco brand,with the change of superposition power and kinds of tobacco,how to adapt to the development of the new situation,seize the opportunity for development,has become the primary problem in tobacco industry.Hubei Enshi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture is one of the four largest tobacco production base,the national tobacco China Township,China Burley Township,China rich selenium cigarette Town,enjoy the "tobacco kingdom" reputation.2013,the Autonomous Prefecture of tobacco and other six major industrial chain construction,promote the development of special industries.How to realize the development of tobacco and tobacco farmers in the new situation is the primary task of Enshi tobacco industry faces.This paper argues that only the development status of tobacco tobacco will jump out of the cage of Enshi,standing in the reform and development of national tobacco industry's overall concept on the problem,in order to enhance the overall competitive strength,to achieve sustainable development fundamentally,from the reality of Enshi to promote the harmonious development of region economy level,regional economic development is an important support to achieve social and economic development.To achieve the stability of the state economy,sustained growth,it is necessary to identify the location,focus on development.Enshi,as the key tobacco industry base in China,has played a key role in the economic development of the tobacco industry in Hubei.This paper puts forward some suggestions and measures to boost the economic development of tobacco industry in Enshi Prefecture,and puts forward some suggestions and measures for the development of tobacco industry.
