A Study On District Economic Development In Enshi

The paper discusses the county economy of Undeveloped Area in Enshi.The research on the county economy of Undeveloped Area could promote economic balance among different regions,a Harmonious Society and the Goal of Common Enrichment. By combining the theory with practice,quantitative with qualitative and so on,we want to know the reason regarding the undeveloped county economy in Enshi,where Location Condition is impoverished,the Infrastructure backward,charming the capital difficult,the education bad,manpower quality poor,the Policy and Systematic and Country whole strategy required,and so on.Meanwhile,Enshi,the region where Industrial Agglomeration Degree is low,as well as the degree of urbanization.Industrial Restructuring,economic infrastructure,is an under-develop area in China.Because of undeveloped undevelopment in Enshi,we should conduct economy,by the concept of scientific development scientific,especially the county economy.We should improve socialist market economic system,build efficient the property rights system quickly, improve infrastructure to enhance location condition,acknowledge perfect experience on the developed area through efforts,adjust industrial structure via elaborating location condition superiority,accelerating urbanization,and transform duty of country govemment to improve economy.Innovation of the paper is that we study systematically the reasons on the undevelopment in Enshi by combining the theory with practice,and raise the way to improve the Enshi country economy for the govemment works.
