China’s economy and society has developed rapidly since the reform and opening up,people’s daily life quality has been greatly improved,the development of family environment has changed greatly.However,regardless of the economic and social development,family life relies on the irreplaceable function of family,social function can not be replaced,so as the role of family civilization,what is more,family as a basic unit of human society and people’s basic emotional status has not changed,the family for each member of the family,for the improvement of people’s living standard and the prosperity of the country will play an important role.As the situation changes,the production function,reproductive function,social function,support function and other aspects in the development of rural households in the family has faced the difficulties,these problems are mainly embodied in the "left behind women and children","elderly" etc,which reflects the rural family development capacity decreased,it is inconsistent with the progress of the times,how to promote the development of rural family is people are very concerned about,the country is devoted to solving these problems,at the same time,it played a very important role in the process of urbanization of migrant workers.Therefore,discussing the impact of migrant workers of family development ability is a response to the call of the times,and it can refer the development ability of rural families to promote At this stage.The main contents of this paper: first,explain the background and significance of the topic,by summarizing related literature and information,identify the direction of research,confirm the purpose of the study,and introduces the research methods,ideas and innovations.Second,introduce the rural family in Enshi development,mainly from the current situation of rural household income,population quality,social security status,and family situation.At the same time,analyze the resisting risk of migrant workers entrepreneurial individuals,industry selection,policy support and so on,finally,analyze the rural family development problems,put forward the problems of income level,development environment in rural development,family development ability.Third,according to the study of different factors of entrepreneurship,to find out the influence factors on the entrepreneurial ability of family development.Fourth,empirical analysis through the questionnaire to collect data,find out the positive role of migrant workers to the family development ability construction;fifth,Summarizing the research achievements,put forward some feasible suggestions for the existing problems and the ability of family development through entrepreneurship.In this paper,according to explore the current situation of the development of the rural family and the problems,we can conclude how to enhance the ability of family development on the basis of field investigation,and put forward policy suggestions to promote entrepreneurship,regard entrepreneurship as an important means of ecology,industry development,open living state,governing state by law,enriching the people and strengthening the state",and take it as a breakthrough to improve rural family development ability,hope to solve the existing problems in the development of rural families,and improve rural family development ability construction.
