Research On Knowledge Management Of Power Generation Engineering Design Project Of Company S

In the era of knowledge economy,knowledge is the most important factor of production in the knowledge economy.But knowledge itself does not produce value,play a role only through management and utilization.Therefore,knowledge management has become an important management activity of enterprises,especially for knowledge-intensive enterprise such as Company S engaged in power generation engineering design projects.The implementation of power generation engineering design projects is actually a series of knowledge activities process with knowledge resources as the core.The research on knowledge management of power generation engineering design projects is an important basic work for Company S.Firstly,the theories and standards of knowledge management and the research status of knowledge management of design projects are studied through literature search.Based on these research results,the research on knowledge management of power generation engineering design projects focuses on knowledge resources and knowledge activities.Secondly,combined with the types and knowledge characteristics of power generation engineering design projects of Company S,the detailed knowledge-classification scheme is put forward for the explicit knowledge of these design projects.Then,on the basis of knowledge classification,the knowledge activities of powergeneration engineering design projects of Company S are analyzed and summarized in detail,including the contents and ways of knowledge acquisition,the important contents and methods of knowledge storage,the measures of knowledge protection,the practices and measures of knowledge sharing and the process of knowledge utilization and creation.Finally,knowledge management platform of Company S for power generationengineering design is introduced,including the architecture,the framework and some function modules.
