Research On Quality Management Of P70 Universal Covered Car Project Of SC Company

With the rapid development of expressway and other kinds of transports in recent years,the railway industry is encountering unprecedented and serious challenge right now.However,the railway wagons,featuring with low cost,high efficiency,environment protection and low consumption,is expected to come back to the market with full new look,which also brings the structural changes to the railway transport market.In order to survive through the fierce market competition and maintain its advantageous position,the railway transport industry need to reform the railway wagons technically in a comprehensive manner.In the direction of heavy loading,fast speed and professional service,the railway wagon market has put forward much higher requirement to the quality of the covered wagon which takes up one fifth share in the railway wagon market.Firstly,this paper introduces the general issues of P70 universal covered wagon,including its features,structure,basic dimension and quality requirement.On such basis,the paper finalizes the organization structure and task classification of the project and points out the quality management problems at the current stage of such project by making analysis upon the reasons for such problems Secondly,according to the analysis involved with the quality management problems;the paper tries to establish project quality management system to make quality management plan and quality control policy.And then,referring to the project features,the paper explains the quality guarantee for this project form the point of key procedures,self-control,"three-inspection system" and strengthening quality control during the production process.At last,the paper puts forward the quality guarantee measures for the P70 universal covered wagon on the basis of five problems arising in the process of such research,so that the project quality management will be improved much more greatly to ensure the safe operation of such wagons.
