In recent years,the state has promoted the development of traditional Chinese medicine to the strategic height,the continuous introduction of the Chinese medicine law of the people's Republic of China,the plan for the development of Chinese medicine in 13 th Five-Year and the outline of the "healthy China 2030" plan to promote the development of traditional Chinese medicine,and give the corresponding policy support to the Chinese medicine industry.The development has important guiding significance.With the improvement of attention and policy guidance,there will be broad opportunities for development in the new situation of economic development.On the other hand,the deepening of the reform of medical insurance policy brings some uncertain factors to the enterprises.The development opportunities and risks of the Chinese medicine industry coexist.On the basis of the analysis framework of Harvard,this paper makes a comprehensive analysis on the four levels of strategy,accounting,finance and Prospect on the basis of the Harvard analysis framework,and uses SWOT and PEST analysis to analyze the macro environment of the Chinese medicine industry and the microcosmic situation of the enterprises in a strategic way.The accounting level is used to evaluate the quality of enterprise accounting information.At the financial level,the financial statements and the off balance sheet information are closely integrated.Finally,the future and risk of the enterprise are forecasted.In recent years,Shen Wei Group has been affected by three kinds of negative growth in the sales of Chinese medicine injection,soft capsules and particles,and the development of Shen Wei pharmaceutical industry has been stagnant for many years since 2012,and the development of Shen Wei Group has encountered a bottleneck.In the strategic analysis,the study found that the strategic direction of Shen Wei Group is correct and the development prospects are better.The threat comes from the severe market supervision,the operation efficiency needs to be promoted and the marketing reform needs to be accelerated.At the accounting level,we understand Shen WeiGroup through accounting policy changes.In the financial analysis level,Shen Wei Group has a strong debt paying ability,the debt items are mainly accounts payable,the group has sufficient cash to repay the debt;the inventory turnover,the turnover rate of current assets,the turnover rate of fixed assets continue to decline,the operating capacity has declined;the group profit and profit ability is better,but the profit scale,sales There is a downward trend in net interest rates.In terms of foreground analysis,it is the focus of future work to optimize product structure and speed up marketing reform,and managers need to find solutions.Through the Harvard analysis framework,we find that the Shen Wei Group is facing severe performance pressure,the product structure needs to be optimized,the operation efficiency is declining,and the growth ability needs to be promoted.However,the overall prospect of the enterprise is promising.It also puts forward suggestions on optimizing product structure,looking for new profit growth points,speeding up marketing reform and improving operational efficiency.
