Analysis Of Financial Statements Of Zhong Xin Pharmaceutical Industry Under The Framework Of Harvard

On the basis of inheriting the traditional medicine industry,the pharmaceutical industry has become an important part of modern economic development.With the implementation of the reform and opening-up policy in the late 1970 s,people’s living standards improved significantly,and the demand for medical services has been improved.The pharmaceutical industry is not only related to people’s life and health,but also an important part of national strategy.It plays a very important role in the development of fertility,disaster prevention,military affairs and economic and social development.Financial analysis is the core part of the whole financial activities,it is based on the basic situation of enterprises and enterprises are facing internal and external environment,on the basis of the financial data of the enterprise,the evaluation and analysis of the past and present of enterprises,so as to predict the future.Harvard analysis framework is based on strategic analysis as a starting point,using the SWOT analysis method and PEST theory to analyze the internal and external environment,analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the enterprise itself and facing opportunities and challenges,for the enterprise development direction and make a reasonable predictionThe article is divided into five chapters: the first chapter is introduction.This paper introduces the research background,research significance and domestic and foreign research on financial statement analysis.The second chapter describes the concept of financial statement analysis and the introduction of the relevant theoretical basis.In the third chapter,the author puts forward the analytical framework of Harvard from the following second aspects: the strategic analysis,accounting analysis,financial analysis and prospect analysis,followed by the description of the basic situation of Tianjin new pharmaceutical industry in the four chapter.The fourth chapter is the key part of this paper,which is the financial analysis of the new pharmaceutical industry under the framework of harvard.The fifth chapter mainly aims at the problems exposed in the analysis of the new China Pharmaceutical Industry in the framework of the above fourth parts.Provide effective support for strategic decision making.This paper chooses Tianjin new pharmaceutical Limited by Share Ltd as the research object of this thesis,the domestic research results,the Harvard analysis framework,and combining quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis,the comprehensive utilization of a variety of analytical methods,to avoid the disadvantages of traditional financial analysis,a comprehensive and systematic analysis of the 2015 financial data in Tianjin the new medicine released on 2012,through strategic analysis,accounting analysis,financial analysis and prospect analysis,facing the present clear pharmaceutical industry and the advantages of industry challenges and risks,find the problems existing in the company,and through the analysis,giving the company a constructive suggestion on scientific prediction in.
