In recent years,due to the implementation of the policy of reform and opening in China,the rapid development of modern social economy level,which is dependent on the pharmaceutical industry,it is also a national key support of the industry.With the development of modern economy,society and the people's standard of living has significantly improved,and continuously strengthen the need for medical level,the pharmaceutical industry is especially rapid development.The pharmaceutical industry is not just about people's life and health,also is the pillar industry of national economy,it relates to the national economy and people's livelihood,in the stable development of society and play a decisive role in all aspects.Enterprise must carry on the financial activities to financial analysis in the first place,it is through the financial statement data combined with the situation and the internal and external environment of enterprises,to predict the future development of the enterprise.Financial analysis for the growth and development of an enterprise is of vital importance,only the correct analysis,to help managers analyze the present problems and puts forward measures and decision-making programme,can for enterprise development,to guide the right direction.This paper adopted by the harvard analysis framework,it is the first strategic analysis,from two aspects of industry situation and the enterprise itself,analyses the problems existing in the enterprise in the past,and in view of the environment in the future,to the enterprise in the face of the future development direction of also has a timely and accurate prediction,it is strategic analysis and traditional results analysis unified together the structure of the framework.This article will be in AD pharmaceutical industry,for example,select the enterprise earnings data from 2010 to 2015,harvard analysis framework based on the research methods,the AD pharmaceutical financial analysis.In the strategic analysis,using PEST analysis and SWOT analysis;In accounting and financial analysis using ratio and contrast analysis method for enterprises to carry out a detailed analysis;Finally in outlook analysis,strategic prediction,financial projections for enterprise and put forward the corresponding suggestion countermeasure,draw the conclusion.
