Research On The Issues Of Cultivation Of New Professional Farmers In Lin’an District Hangzhou City

The development of modern agriculture,the fundamental was in science and qualified technicians,the core was to foster a new professional farmer team with culture foundation,understand the technical essentials and management philosophy.The cultivation of new professional farmer was the inevitable choice to realize the agricultural modernization and to promote the construction of new socialist countryside.So it was a significant important for the study to related to the new professional farmer.Lin’an government insisted on "ecological economization,economic ecologicalization" concept,developed in proper order of mountain resources,such as local pecan,bamboo shoots,tea,fruits and other agricultural and forestry.To promoted development of agriculture;on the other hand,to proposed more demands and higher professional requirements to the new professional farmer teams.According to the condition of Lin’an,analyzed in depth and study for cultivated current situation and problems,explored the influencing factor,proposed feasible and scientific countermeasures and suggestions,actively carry out and advanced training work,promoted the team and the construction of modern agriculture.It was able to meet the requirements to develop agriculture in local government,while contributing to improve local farmer’s own comprehensive quality and skill level,to promote the modernization of agriculture,to push forward the development of undertakings in the rural economy social.It was a great significance to ensure the sustainable development of agricultural production.Firstly,the concept of new professional farmer was defined,and the basic theory related to new professional farmer training such as human capital theory,human resource development theory was reviewed;Secondly,according to announced information of Hangzhou statistical network,with the descriptive statistical analysis method,comprehensive analysis the basic situation of labor quality,and through interviews with key persons and official data,summarize the status and problems in the cultivation;Then,based on the study of current cultivate situation and survey data,built the Logistic regression model for empirical research on influencing factors of the cultivation effects;Finally,to put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to the current development situation of the agriculture of Lin’an,to provide the reference for the cultivation of new professional farmer.
