Study On Problems And Countermeasures Of Cultivating New Type Professional Farmers In Fuyang District

Whether the "three rural problems" are effectively solved is related to the stable development of our country's economy and society.The cultivation of new-type professional farmers is the key to solve the problem of "who comes to farm" and "how to plant well",and it is also the breakthrough point to solve the peasant problem in the three rural problems,which is the most effective way to promote the transformation and upgrading of the farmers in the new period.From 2012 to 2017,the central document mentioned the cultivation of new type of professional farmers,and expressed the importance of this work from the national level,which fully demonstrated the overall and urgency of the cultivation of new-type professional farmers.Therefore,this article takes the new professional farmer cultivation in Fuyang district as the research object to carry on the thorough research analysis,summarizes the question and the reason which exists in the cultivation process,puts forward the suggestion pertinently.Based on the above thought,the main contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly,this paper introduces the research background,significance and current situation of the cultivation of new-type professional farmers from the current situation and opportunities of agriculture and rural development in China,and expounds the research methods in this thesis.Then it outlines the concepts of new professional farmers,the cultivation of new vocational farmers,combining the need-level theory,the human capital theory and the empirical study of Fuyang district in Zhejiang Province.Moreover,the paper expounds the present situation and results of the cultivation of new professional farmers in Fuyang district,and points out that the single cultivation mode and low participation of cultivating the construction of teaching staff should be improved,and to analyze the existing problems from the aspects of cultivating objects,cultivating capital investment,cultivating system and propaganda,and pointing out the crux of the problem of cultivation.At last,the author puts forward some countermeasures to solve the problem of cultivating new professional farmers in Fuyang district from the construction of new-type professional farmers' cultivation system,the cultivation of teaching staff,the expansion of cultivation model and the promotion of propaganda.
