Investigation And Research On The Cultivation Of New-type Professional Farmers In Liangping District

Agricultural modernization is the only way of agricultural development in Our country.To realize agricultural modernization,we must establish a group of new-type professional farmers with culture,skill and good management.China is a large agricultural country,and the solution of the problems concerning agriculture,rural areas and farmers is the key to realizing agricultural modernization.The problem of farmers is the core link of the problems concerning agriculture,rural areas and farmers,which is related to the national economic prosperity and social stability.Farmers are the main body of agricultural modernization development,to realize the modernization of farmers,we must improve the overall quality of farmers,promote the development of China's agricultural modernization,so that farmers become attractive occupation,which is the fundamental way to solve the "three agriculture" problem.At present,the quality and structure of China's labor force cannot fully meet the needs of agricultural modernization.Therefore,we should accelerate the development of rural human resources,turn rural population disadvantage into population advantage,and finally realize the common prosperity of the people and the overall revitalization of the countryside.This paper takes the cultivation of new-type professional farmers in Liangping District as the main research scope.With the new type of professional farmers as the main body,the use of literature research,questionnaire survey,interview and other research methods;This paper compares the differences between traditional farmers and new professional farmers,and USES human capital theory,public goods theory and Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory as theoretical support.Combined with the research background,purpose and significance of this paper,the organizational form,training results,curriculum,faculty,training materials and safeguard measures of the current situation of the cultivation of new-type professional farmers in Liangping District are systematically analyzed.There are some problems in Liangping District,such as low cultural quality of farmers,low scientific and technological quality of farmers,low qualityof farmers' operation and management,weak awareness of farmers' independent participation,insufficient government support,and imperfect teaching management of training units.Combined with the United States,Germany,Japan's new professional farmers cultivating practical experience,to liangping area new professional farmers cultivate work put forward countermeasures,foster a batch of culture,technology and good management of the new professional farmers,improve farmers' subject consciousness,correct study attitude,strengthen government support,improve the policy support system,consolidate the training unit of responsibility,to strengthen the construction of training mechanism,etc.
