Against the background of gradual upgrading Internet technology and mobile communication technology,the boundaries between work and family were becoming increasingly blurred.Work-family boundary permeability increased work flexibility and autonomy,but at the same time,it brought negative effects such as work-family conflict to many platform employees.In this era of advocating people’s pursuit of sense of gain,happiness and security,how to enhance employees’ sense of work gain has become a concern of scholars and enterprises.Previous studies have found that sense of work gain is influenced by external situations such as work environment and income,as well as by internal needs and individual perceptions.Therefore,this thesis combined sense of work gain and work-family research to build work-family boundary permeability and sense of work gain related model.In addition,using individual boundary management preference as an individual factor and work-family boundary permeability as an environmental factor,this thesis attempted to explore the influence of the degree difference of person-environment fit on the outcome variables.Based on the resource conservation theory,role theory and person-environment fit theory,this thesis reviewed the relevant literature and conducted a questionnaire survey among 418 employees of platform companies in seven industries in China.Hypothesis testing and secondary response surface analysis were conducted by SPSS26.0,the main conclusions are as follows: Work-family boundary permeability brings role stress,and role stress leads to the decline of sense of work gain,and professional identity moderates the negative effects of role stress.When work-family boundary permeability is lower than individual boundary management preference,as the differences between individual boundary management preferences and work-family boundary permeability decrease,the sense of work gain gradually increases.When the level of work-family boundary permeability exceeds the individual boundary management preferences,with the increase of the penetration level,the sense of work gain decreases.This study broadened the research scope of work-family field,and revealed the influence of work-family related factors on sense of work gain of employees in platform companies in China,and put forward relevant suggestions from platform companies and individual levels.It had certain reference significance for enterprises to select employees and train employees.And it was helpful for enterprises to assign posts reasonably,give full play to the positive effect of matching,and maximize the benefits of person-post matching.
