| Innovation economics believes that innovation is the ultimate means to promote sustainable economic growth,emphasizing that innovation is the recombination of production factors.As the research perspective gradually changes from classical economics to innovation economics,more and more attention has been paid to the technological innovation activities of enterprises and their formation mechanisms.With the increasing complexity of technology,environment and geographical space,enterprises themselves are no longer able to cope with the challenges of rapid technological progress and environmental diversity changes alone.They need to cooperate with other knowledge and innovation units across enterprise boundaries,and this is called open innovation.In the Internet age,one of the important manifestations of open innovation is the internet open innovation community.In the internet open innovation community,users express their real thoughts in the process of product use by posting and communicating,providing ideas for product improvement and optimization,and then participating in product innovation.In order to deeply study the impact mechanism of innovation efficiency of Internet open innovation community and identify the ways to improve the innovation efficiency of different product communities,this paper conducts the following researches:Firstly,through literature review and review of existing research,it is found that the research on innovation efficiency of open innovation community is insufficient,and introduces the theoretical basis of this paper.Secondly,it introduces the variable settings of this paper: community,users,proposals,problem recognition,problem process and innovation efficiency,and expounds the direct and indirect impact mechanisms and research assumptions of innovation efficiency.Finally,it puts forward the research model.Thirdly,in the empirical part,SPSS17.0 and Amos software were used to statistically analyze and process the data to establish the structural equation,test the research hypothesis,and draw the following conclusions:(1)Determine the innovation subject of Internet open innovation community.The community and users are the internal and external subjects of open innovation community innovation,and the proposal acts as an innovation intermediary to transfer users’ knowledge and information to the community.(2)The direct influence mechanism of innovation efficiency of Internet open innovation community is determined.The community provides a platform for open innovation in the stage of innovation transfer and innovation absorption,and directly serves the solution of innovative ideas in the stage of innovation absorption.(3)The indirect influence mechanism of innovation efficiency of Internet open innovation community is determined.Users and proposals do not directly serve the solution of problems,so users and proposals can only achieve an impact on innovation efficiency through innovation transfer and innovation absorption,including community-problem recognition-problem process-innovation efficiency,proposal-problem recognition-problem process-innovation efficiency,user-problem recognition-problem process-innovation efficiency.(4)In terms of impact effect,the effect of direct impact is stronger than that of indirect impact,and the direct effects of the three indirect impacts are almost the same.After clarifying the impact mechanism of innovation efficiency,this paper uses the fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis method to match the innovation efficiency promotion path for the product communities with different characteristics in the community.The mobile phone community adopts the community interaction path;the application game adopts the user proposal path.The MIUI and hardware performance community can adopt the community participation path.Headset wear and computer tablet can improve the efficiency of problem optimization through comprehensive approach.Finally,according to the empirical results of this paper,we put forward a few suggestions for the construction and development of internet open innovation community,the improvement of innovation efficiency and the application of open innovation theory in practice. |
