X Company Staff Training System Research

Training is the most important way of human resources investment,enterprises through the training of staff,not only to enhance the staffs job competency,but also to further enhance the market competitiveness of enterprises and profitability.Now more and more enterprises recognize the importance of training,but at present,many companies in China to carry out the effectiveness of training is generally not ideal,training quality is not high from a certain degree of entropy has become a rapid development of enterprises and a major obstacle.In today's unpredictable market competition environment,it is of great significance to study how to improve the management of human resources training and to improve the market competitiveness of Chinese enterprises.Based on the theory of staff training and the research results of domestic and foreign scholars on the management of human resources training,this paper takes X company as an example,and makes some detailed research and puts forward some countermeasures.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part introduces the background,significance,research content and research methods of this paper.The second part introduces the concept and meaning of training and the related theoretical basis.At the same time,The third part is the analysis of X company human resources training status,the results obtained and the existence of some of the problems.The fourth part is the analysis of the plight of human resource training,and analyzes the plight of human resource training from the aspects of training demand analysis,training plan,training mode,training effect evaluation and training supervision.The fifth part is the exploration of the way of human resource training.Through the research of this article,and put forward some suggestions with feasible amount,hoping to carry out training work for other enterprises can have a certain amount of reference and inspiration.
