| Recruitment management is one of the key links in Human Resource management,to which many financial enterprises pay attention.It will bring more economic benefits to enterprises if the efficient measures are implemented to recruit proper personnel.Otherwise,resources are to waste,recruitment and training cost are not to be covered,customers are to loss,works cannot be put forward,enterprises development are even to be hampered.Therefore,it is of the great practical significance for enterprises to analyze its recruitment management,find out problems and come up with improvement measures based on its actual conditions.Considering of its particular institutional structure and management model,management difference to other financial enterprises,on the base of existing recruitment research theories,the paper analyzes grass-roots employees recruitment of Yunnan Rural Credit Cooperatives in recent years,discover problems in recruitment management and put forward solutions.Firstly,the paper states the backgrounds,significance,method and key contents of the research;secondly,the paper defines relevant theories and conceptions,introduce related research results on recruitment management from at home and aboard scholars and comment on their literatures and viewpoints;thirdly,on the basis of current condition of Yunnan Rural Credit Cooperatives,the paper respectively introduces historical development,three-level organizational structure,provincial cooperatives’ basic functions,provincial personnel and position setting of its county and city level cooperatives of Yunnan Rural Credit Cooperatives;recommend existing recruitment methods for different level personnel,in which particularly analyze and research campus recruitment and internal selection for grass-roots employees,and find out three problems,i.e.pre-recruitment insufficient preparation,implementation problems in the process and post-recruitment links deficiency;finally,the paper put forwards five methods to solve problems,i.e.to define explicit strategy target,to formulate scientific HR planning,reasonable recruitment conditions,expand recruitment channel and improve recruitment procedures so that to increase efficiency of grass-roots personnel recruitment. |
