Research On Inner Mongolia Animal Products Safety Supervision System Construction

Food safety is a major event for the people's livelihood,and It reflects a country's comprehensive strength. China is the most populous country in the world. Food safety is important to the society and the economy. Inner Mongolia is an important production and processing base of animal husbandry in China. Quality and safety works of animal products will have a long way to go, and without slack. So it is very necessary to study the safety supervision system of animal products.This paper firstly expounds the theory of Public governance?Third sector theory,and the application of the above-mentioned theory in animal products. Then this paper introduces the basic situation of the construction of Inner Mongolia animal products safety supervision system. And it also analyzes the problems in the safety supervision of animal products in our region. Secondly, through the study of the United States, the European Union and other developed countries in the legal system construction, operation mechanism and other successful experience. We get more valuable reference for the construction of the safety supervision system of animal products. Finally from six aspects in my paper, I put forward the countermeasures to improve the safety supervision system of animal products in our region, respectively, improve the legal system of animal products safety, improve the government supervision mechanism, strengthen the publicity of laws and regulations, improve the monitoring ability and detection ability of animal products, establish traceability system, strengthen the quarantine of animal products, strengthen the construction of emergency capacity, deal with unexpected problems scientifically.
