The Research On Problems And Strategy Of Health Food Safety Supervision In Ouhai District Of Wenzhou

These days,more people are willing to buy and take some health food,but at the same time,the health food market disorder from consumer feedback to media reports is also common,and these disorders harm public interest and hinder the development of the health food industry.Unregulated market behavior necessarily requires effective government regulation.County(district)level market supervision departments are the most basic food supervision departments in China,The safety circumstance of health food at the basic area level is concerned with the physical condition of life and the harmony and stability of our society.This article is based on the actual health food safety supervision work in Ouhai District,Wenzhou where the author is located,researches and analyzes the current situation of health food safety supervision in Ouhai District,and believes that Ouhai District health food safety supervision has these problems,including laws and regulations not sound,the supervision force not well equipped,insufficient level of supervision specialization and supervision effect not obvious,etc.,and finding the reasons behind the dilemma include insufficient building of the supervision system,inadequate supervision methods and methods,andinsufficient participation of multiple social entities in health food safety supervision.Referring to the good experience and methods from Japan,the United States,the EU and other countries and regions,appropriate countermeasures are proposed for the actual situation in the region: It is recommended to consolidate the health food administrate working system by enhancing supervision,improving laws and regulations,and concentrating special rectification,innovative supervision methods,etc.;establish a pluralistic co-governance health food safety supervision pattern by carrying out demonstration activities of business units,consumers' awareness of rights protection,and social credit guidance.
