| Project manager training can not only promote the long-term development of small and medium-sized construction enterprises,but also improve the management ability of project managers and become an effective means to improve the professional quality of project managers.At present,the main sources of improving the personal ability of project managers are housing and construction departments and industry associations,training organized within enterprises and in-service education of individuals.The effectiveness and efficiency of these three kinds of training alone or in combination remain to be further evaluated,which provides a better reference for the selection of training methods for project managers.Firstly,questionnaire survey method is used to collect the information of the current situation of project manager training and experts’ understanding of the indicators,so as to construct the evaluation index system of the effect of project manager training in small and medium-sized construction enterprises.Secondly,entropy weight method and statistical mean method were used to calculate the combined weights of indicators by combining subjective and objective methods,and then an effect evaluation model based on TOPSIS method was constructed.Then,the input index of project manager training is added,and the efficiency evaluation index system and DEA evaluation model of three training methods are constructed.Finally,the empirical analysis of the effectiveness and efficiency evaluation of project manager training for small and medium-sized enterprises in the construction industry is completed,and the evaluation results are obtained.Based on the evaluation results of effect and efficiency,a better combination training mode is proposed to provide a scientific basis for small and medium-sized construction enterprises to improve the effect and efficiency of project manager training.The research results show that the project manager training evaluation index system and model,which take into account both efficiency and effect,can provide reference for small and medium-sized construction enterprises and project managers to choose the training methods and combinations with higher efficiency and better effect,and can promote the reduction of training input,increase of training output and improve training satisfaction. |
