During two decades of opening and reform, Zhejiang Medium/Small Sized enterprises have maintained a sustainable development in quantity and scale. Meanwhile, they play more and more important role in developing Zhejiang economy, expanding export, alleviating employment pressure, promoting the prosperity of market and the stability of society. By which, they have obtained an unprecedented social position. The rapid development of Zhejiang Medium/Small Sized Enterprises results in a great increment of human resources, which make it significant to improve the social quality by strengthening the quality of employee training. To study the training activities of Zhejiang Medium/Small Sized Enterprises is advantageous of developing human resources, strengthening core competence of Zhejiang Medium/Small Sized Enterprises and establishing a studying society. However, the quality of employee training in Zhejiang Medium/Small Sized Enterprises is neglected, and the situation is unconcerned.At present, the quality of employee training of Zhejiang Medium/Small Sized Enterprises almost arranged by enterprises, including the demand of employee training, the selection of training place, the choice of training teachers, etc, and do not have demand analysis before training, which make the employee are not interested in training. The reason is that the whole society have not yet achieved mature training system, including supervision system, appraisal system. Only the governments, enterprises, training agencies and employee, as well as other participants display their own functions, the effect can be upgrade. First, this paper focus on the investigation of Zhejiang employee and enterprises, and studies the relevant theory and experience at home and abroad, then use SPSS software to analyze data. Based on the positive study of Zhejiang, analyzes the problems during the training. Finally, provides a solution.
