With the further implementation of the reform and open-door policies in china, development of market economy and rise in the level of internationalization, the competition for talents is growing into the key issues in the enterprise competition. However, mere competition for talents is not enough. Rational use of talents is even more important than competition for talents. Therefore, scholars have paid more and more attention for person-post matching issues. And training as a way to solve person-post matching difficult has great significance for the manpower development. This paper intends to study the influence factors of training effectiveness.Based on the analysis and review of relevant theoretical analysis and interview research, this paper studies the influence factors of training effectiveness in depth and the difference from the different factors of individual characteristics. This study limits the influence factors for training design, career development, and personal inherent characteristic three aspects. The training design factor includes training needs assessment, training logistics, training content, the objective of training, the way of training, the choice of trainers. Career development includes opportunities for advancement, quality promotion, encourage and reward. Personal inherent characteristics include interest, confidence, as well as motivation. It finds out that each dimension in the raining design, career development, as well as personal inherent characteristics has remarkable correlation with training effectiveness. And some of the dimensions reveal the difference under the different individual characteristics.This paper explores the factors that influence the training effectiveness in the practical research mainly through the questionnaire investigation.And on this basis, according to survey data analysis, this paper proposes a number of suggestions to enhance training effectiveness.
