As the economy entered to a new normalcy of rapid development,the competition if the enterprises has become increasingly fierce,and the market environment for enterprises has undergone tremendous changes.The human resource factor has become the key and core to the enterprise to realize the strategic goal,and the high-quality talented staff has naturally become the primary resource for the enterprise to achieve the strategic goal.Whether a company has core competitiveness or whether it can achieve sustainable development lies with its ability to acquire the right talented and the level of human resource development in the enterprise.Therefore,managers need to implement scientific performance management,develop employees' greater potential,and conti nuously exceed themselves to complete the development planning,achieve the strategic goals of the enterprise and realize the sustainable development of the enterprise.This paper intends to performance management theory,combined with the Hunan BFT Material Technology Co.Ltd.,the present situation of performance management,the theory and methods of system analysis,in-depth analysis of the causes of Hunan BFT Materials Technology Co.,the company's performance,find out the key factors affecting the performance of the examination,and aimed at these key factors,optimize the performance appraisal system.Through the investigation and study,and reference to the performance management status of coating industry and other big company,analyzes the existing problems in performance appraisal,design a standardized performance management system to solve the problems of performance management of Hunan BFT Materials Technology Co.ltd..Through the new performance management system in the company's operation,in the change of ideas,standardized management,motivate employees,promote communication and other aspects of the positive role.In the optimization process of the performance management system,through the optimization of the organizational structure,responsibilities,strategic objectives of the company,the layers of decomposition,the implementation of the various jobs,each job has a well-established performance appraisal index system,while ensuring that the management system of comprehensive,fair an d feasible,and ultimately improve the enthusiasm of the staff,improve the company the performance of the target,more conducive to the completion of the strategic objectives of the company.
