Chinese Farmers’ Grain Reserve’s Loss Status,problems & Countermeasure Research

China is a big agricultural country,is also a major grain producing country,accounted for 7% of the world’s land to produce food to feed the world more than 20% population,China’s total grain production was 616 million 239 thousand tons in 2016,5 million 201 thousand tons less than in 2015’s grain production,to reduce 0.8%,The total output of the end of 12 years,the form is more severe.China’s grain reserves of major reserve in agriculture,the total grain farmers accounted for the total grain output of 40% ~ 50%,and every year due to improper farmers stored grain losses of about 40 billion pounds,It can be seen that the grain storage is the weakest link in China’s grain reserves.There are many problems in grain storage.This paper made a systematic analysis with the aid of grain storage situation of the rural fixed observation point Office collected data on the national farmers,conducted a statistical analysis of the present situation,the national grain farmers loss problems etc..The results show that the number of grain storage in China is decreasing,and the storage time is shortened,During the period of stored grain farmers for about a year,most commodity grain storage period within 3 months,more than 70% of the grain farmers will choose to sell at this time,leaving only the average more than and 800 kilograms of grain;The loss of stored grain farmers in China was about 4.20%,the main grain loss for rodents,mildew and insect pest,the rodent lost most,resulting in the loss is the main storage facilities,storage management,improper storage science consciousness,lack of storage technology.However,compared with the past,the loss of grain storage is decreasing,and the phenomenon of grain storage loss is still serious in some areas.In this paper,the statistical analysis of grain storage and grain storage.The difference analysis of grain storage equipment,measures of impairment and regional climate.Comparative analysis for the main grain producing and sales areas,in economically developed areas and underdeveloped areas of grain loss.The analysis results show that the major grain producing areas is higher than the main sales areas of grain loss,low developed area loss than the economically underdeveloped regions of grain loss,harness,mitigation measures and local climate,grain varieties and grain sales have some influence on the grain loss,for these effects,this paper proposed some measures to decrease our farmers stored grain losses.In addition,I conducted a field survey for One of the main grain producing areas in China--Jianghan Plain Area,Research found that the area of scientific grain storage has been applied,The behavior of farmers’ grain storage is changing,the way of grain storage is diversified,and the loss of grain storage is reduced.
