The Research Of Electricity Industry Competitiveness Benchmarking Evaluation

The electric power industry is the basic industry of the country and has the important influence in people's production and life.It faces the dual challenge of its own development and transformation requirement under the new situation of changing development mode.Inorderto comprehensively enhance the competitiveness of electric power enterprises,the power industry to carry out "on the standard potential" work.However,there are two problems in the development of benchmarking management in power industry.Firstly,the lack of a set of effective "potential to tap" calculation model includes the comprehensive evaluation system and the effective index extraction and analysis model.Followed by potential for the whole industry to promote the standard digging,but also a set of standard management processes.In order to meet these challenges,it is necessary to establish a systematic and scientific standard management process,popularize benchmarking management and enhance the efficiency of "benchmarking".In this paper,the following aspects of the study.Firstly,a set of comprehensive evaluation model based on competitiveness which is common in industry and has high validity is established.Based on this,the independent component analysis(Independent Component Analysis)model is introduced,and a new data-driven index extraction and analysis model is proposed.Secondly,this paper introduces the origin,development,principle and implementation steps of the benchmarking management theory,and studies the competitiveness evaluation system of power industry.At the same time,the development of competitive evaluation of the implementation process,such as the appointment of personnel,data collection input,real-time data monitoring and consulting experts empowerment.And fixed in the form of computer systems.In order to evaluate the effectiveness and feasibility of the model,the system is applied to benchmarking management practice in Inner Mongolia electric power industry.Based on the analysis of competitive power benchmarking software,personnel appointment,comprehensive evaluation,selection evaluation,data preprocessing and index calculation,the comprehensive evaluation of Inner Mongolia electric power competitiveness is obtained.It is proved that the ICA-based comprehensive evaluation model for competitiveness of power industry is correct and effective.
