’One Belt and One Road’ strategy has promoted the development of regional economy integration,spawning the strategic goal of the dry port integration of Tianjin Port.The coordinated development of Bohai Rim and Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei integration strategy has transformed competition relationship of the ports into joint development.Integrated system has been initially formed.The pilot of the free trade zones also provided many development opportunities for Tianjin Port.In 2002,Tianjin Port took the lead in establishing the first dry port in China.After more than a decade of construction and development,Tianjin Port has constructed 25 dry ports that radiate 14 provinces,autonomous regions and municipalities across the country.The integration of Tianjin port and dry ports will promote the development of national "One Belt and One Road" strategy.This article combines the national macro strategy and the development strategy of Tianjin Port in theory and practice.From the micro point of view,the group of Tianjin port has a tremendous strategic opportunities in the future development,with the leap developing in Binghai Region supported by the four government strategies such as "One belt one road","Integration of Beijing and Tianjin","Planning in Xiongan construction" and "Free-trade planning".However,with decreasing tendency in world trade and limitation in Tianjin port historical developing,Tianjin port would meet some challenges.Indeed,this paper analyzes methods of land-port integration and describes its meaning and necessities.Then,with concluding network optimization methods,some decisions and suggestions have been proposed over the consequence of actual case study on Tianjin port.Nowadays,in order to catch opportunities in OBOR policy and infrastructure construction and overcome its weakness,the group of Tianjin port is making plenty of strategic decisions,such as holding strategic transformation and improving smart port build.Furthermore,Tianjin port should progressive construction land port integration for increasing the back-land area.Through the fully use of double advantages between seaside and inland,the group of Tianjin port will be more competitive when they can pass the gap to a new stage to generalize the smart port conception to more inner land.
