Analysis On Development Strategy Of International Smart Port

With the deepening of economic globalization,the scale of international trade expands accordingly.As most commodities in international trade are transported by sea,ports,especially coastal ports,are becoming increasingly important and playing an increasingly important role in a country’s economic trade.Since entering the 21 st century,the global port construction and development has become increasingly mature.With the promotion of a new round of scientific and technological revolution represented by 5G and artificial intelligence,the construction of international smart ports has become the general trend.International intelligence refers to the modern port infrastructure,on the basis of the planning,development policies,laws and regulations,such as top level design,by using 5G,artificial intelligence,such as information technology,deepening fit with the port operation management,optimize the port resource allocation to the greatest extent,high-level,international and diversified port service ability,promote the port towards a more international and intelligent modern port,and through the economic connection and cultural influence with the city,the ultimate goal is to realize the integration of port and city.Tianjin Port is an important port under the belt and Road Initiative and a core hub port in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.In order to improve the overall competitiveness and international popularity of Tianjin Port and promote the integration of port and city,Tianjin Port has complied with the construction and development trend of international smart port,overcome difficulties,and made full efforts to build an international smart port.So far,it has achieved encouraging development results.However,there is still a gap between Tianjin port and Rotterdam port,Singapore port,Shanghai port and Guangzhou port at home and abroad,and there are also some shortcomings in the construction and development.Therefore,based on the internationalization of Tianjin smart port construction as the research object,by the above four ports as reference object,and analyzes the construction of Tianjin port international ports are faced with the restriction factor and smart in the process of development of deficiency,related Suggestions are put forward countermeasures,in order to help Tianjin port construction and development of the internationalization of smart.Based on the research,analysis and induction of relevant literature,this paper summarizes the development experience of Rotterdam port,Singapore port,Shanghai port and Guangzhou port in the construction of international smart ports by comparative analysis,and concludes that the four ports pay attention to the international vision and make long-term plans.The two common characteristics of port green development and ecological environmental protection and economy should be emphasized to provide reference for the construction of Tianjin Port as an international smart port.And,according to the development of Tianjin port construction international smart port development factors and the existing results,combined with seaport location theory,the core-edge theory and related theoretical basis,specific analysis of Tianjin port international smart facing the restricting factors of port construction,the summary of the development of its shortcomings,in combination with the practical situation of China’s national conditions and Tianjin port,on the basis of learning from the common characteristics and respective characteristics of the four major ports in the construction of international smart ports,the author puts forward the implementation of long-term planning to promote the integration of port city construction;Accelerate the progress of ecological and environmental protection,comprehensively improve the level of green and smart port;Perfecting port financial market system and innovating port logistics financial service mode;Continue to improve the international business environment and further facilitate cross-border trade;Promote the establishment of port alliance around the Bohai sea to enhance the international competitiveness of ports;Accelerate the introduction and training of international professional talents and other countermeasures.Through the above measures,speed up the construction of an international smart port with Chinese characteristics.
