Study On Regional Green Poverty Reduction Path

With the construction of ecological civilization and the implementation of precision poverty alleviation strategy,precision poverty alleviation and ecological protection face many contradictions and problems.Poverty-stricken areas and key ecological protection zones are highly overlapping,and the regional poverty reduction must take into account the ecological protection.It is of great theoretical and practical significance to deal with the relationship between regional poverty reduction and green development,to explore the regional green poverty reduction path,to select the appropriate green poverty reduction mode for the ecological characteristics of different regions,to understand the internal operation mechanism of green poverty reduction,to perfect and promote the coordinated and sustainable development of the region.Firstly,this paper expounds the concept of "green poverty reduction".Secondly,based on the theory of externalities,the theory of late-development and the theory of ecological capitalization,this paper expounds the necessity of regional green poverty reduction research.Thirdly,this paper compares the specific types,applicable areas,advantages and disadvantages of government-led green poverty reduction and market-oriented green poverty reduction models,and analyzes the dynamic mechanism,investment and financing mechanism and performance evaluation mechanism based on the theory of externalities,the theory of late-development and the theory of ecological capitalization.Finely,this paper summarizes the measures,effectiveness and dilemma of regional green poverty reduction Fujian practice,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the regional green poverty reduction path from four aspects:strengthening the awareness of green poverty reduction,promoting the balanced development of basic public services in urban and rural areas,improving the green industry system and enhancing the ecological compensation.
