| In the 12th five-year-plan period, the main goal of the coal industry is to construct the coal industry new system which is a great utilization of resource security guarantee,batter economic benefit, less environmental pollution and sustainable development,. But being affected by the lack of driving force in economic interests, policy, green science and technology and social supervision, coal logistics still exist many problems, as the low rate of recovery, environmental pollution, and logistics inefficiency. So it is imperative to implement the green logistics for coal enterprises. Research the dynamic mechanism of implementation the green logistics, clarify the influence factors of green logistic, and make evaluation of the green logistics. All these have important significance on realize the green coal logistics, evaluate the performance level of the coal green logistics in scientific and then promote the sustainable development of coal enterprises.Under such background, this paper starts from the definition of green coal logistics and according to the logical train of thought in the motivation, influence factors and performance evaluation. Conclusion the main research contents as follows:(1)First of all, research background is defined and research significance is also stated out. Besides, this paper also reviews coal logistics, green coal logistics related research and theory from the domestic and foreign aspect, summarizes the economic power source of green logistics, analyes the status quo of the logistics performance evaluation.(2)Using the analysis tool of economics and game theory to analyze the key problems of green coal logistics, Summarizing the internal driving mechanism and external driving mechanism of the green logistics, analyzing the game relationship between enterprises on implement the green logistic and constructing the static state and dynamic state game model on implement the green logistic between the government and enterprises from the angle of institutional arrangement, making a research about that the government guide the enterprises to implement the incentive mechanism of the green logistics.(3) Apply the DEMATEL analysis method to analyze the mechanism of influencing factors on coal enterprises in the implementation of green logistics, we can divide the influence factors of coal green logistic into three categories: enterprise, government and environment. Analyzing the mechanism theory of various influencing factors make to the green logistics and building a mechanism theory model about the influence factors of coal green logistics, established the key index system of the influencing factors of the coal green logistics, and carried the measure analysis.(4) According to the "3-R" principle of circular economy, analyze and put forward the factors of impact the green logistics performance includes five aspects: economic benefits, green logistics information, customers, green logistics business processes,social environment, in accordance to the principles of green logistics performance evaluation, and increased the indicators of recycling using, so as to establish the performance evaluation system of coal enterprise green logistics. By using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, and combined with the characteristics of hierarchical structure of index system, established the green logistics management performance evaluation model.(5) Adopting the research method of case studies, to analyze the general situation,basic work flow and logistics activities of the enterprises. At the same time, it makes an empirical analysis on the establishment of the dynamic mechanism of green logistics in coal enterprises.Combined with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, using the performance evaluation model, which proposed by this study, to evaluate the actual utilization of the green logistics in the group and the evaluation result is qualified. |
