DA company is a Sino-foreign equity joint venture,it is specialized domestic production and R&D base for engine and transmission independent of vehicle factory.The company imported the Mitsubishi's technology and the management,at the same time it implemented the lean production in the work site.At the beginning,it achieved the expected result.But,with the globalization of the market economy and market driven mainly economic model is further aggravate,DA company's R&D ability,cost control ability and quality assurance ability can't meet the needs of users.So introduce of lean management mode to innovation management mode is very necessary and rely on the lean management to enhance competitiveness to ensure healthy development of the enterprises.First of all,this article gives a detailed introduction to current situation of DA company'management.Only use the lean technology in the production processes,but not whole operation processes.Summarizes the problems in enterprise management and analyzes this existing problems and finds the reason of this problem.Secondly,lead to the lean thinking,use the lean technology and lean tools,Combined with DA company,actual situation,Building the lean management system of DA.There are five parts in this system,the lean HR management subsystem,the lean R&D management subsystem,the lean manufacture subsystem,the lean purchase subsystem and the lean market subsystem.And then it is described in detail of each lean subsystem contains in this paper.Last but not the least,it put forward some measures to ensure the quality promotion of the lean management system,The overall implementation program and implementation plan,logical and stable project organization and the file management,comprehensive appraisal and Comprehensive methods to evaluate,Communication and improve function,which certainly will ensure DA company a smooth enforcement in the lean management system.
