China's rail transit equipment manufacturing industry has the problems of insufficient innovation capacity and low production efficiency.The implementation of lean production management is an important approach for China's rail transit equipment manufacturing enterprises to solve the above problems and realize the transformation and development of enterprises.Based on the status quo of the Chinese manufacturing industry market and the development of the international manufacturing market,at the same time,in conjunction with the actual development of Sinotrans Qingdao Sifang,it is particularly important to implement lean production management in the production management of modern enterprises.This article analyzes the status quo at home and abroad,and further confirms the importance of implementing lean production management under the current background of lean production.This study uses literature research methods,case study methods,and theory-linked practical research methods.The purpose is to guide CSR Qingdao Sifang to establish a lean management system that is compatible with the internal development of the company,to reduce the company ' s production costs and solve serious problems of waste in order to achieve Improve production efficiency and enhance competitiveness.This paper analyzes the status quo of the company through SWOT analysis method and proposes the problems existing in the company.Through the analysis of the necessity and feasibility of implementing lean production,the company concludes that the implementation of lean management is the only solution to the bottleneck problem of the company's development.The approach is an inevitable way for the company to improve its competitiveness.The implementation of Lean Production Management by CRRC Qingdao Sifang Company is based on the protection of policies and systems,the protection of organizational structure,the protection of 5S management and visual management,and the protection of corporate culture.It also focuses on the improvement of various indicators and product production capacity.The detailed implementation plan was developed in terms of production cycle optimization,quality improvement,and material distribution efficiency improvement.This paper uses the lean workshop construction plan of the aluminum alloy branch of Qingdao Sifang Company and the implementation plan of the lean production line of the aluminum alloy plant skirt.For the specific research object,from the establishment of the organization,to the construction plan and goals,from the lean workshop construction and the lean production line construction,the detailed and detailed implementation plan was elaborated from the point to the face.Finally,the evaluation of the implementation effect was carried out.All the indicators of the lean workshop construction were successfully completed according to the plan.The lean production construction reached the target of the expected setting,and both the lean workshop construction and the lean production line construction achieved remarkable results.Through a series of analysis and practical research,this article fully proves that lean manufacturing has great advantages in the manufacturing industry.It can allow enterprises to improve product quality while reducing costs.It is an important means for an enterprise to increase its own value and comprehensive competitiveness.At this stage,the company still has a lot of room for improvement.If it can fully implement lean production and lean management,it will definitely improve the company's competitiveness and influence.
