The Research On Capital Centralized Control System Of ZT Corporation

Capital is the blood of enterprise.It is necessary condition for enterprise's survival and development.The control of capital has gradually been the most important element of financial management for enterprise.Whether the capital control is effective,it is the safeguard for enterprise to base on the market and achieve sustainable development.However,the capital control system isn't invariable.Companies in constant development,and influenced by the fluctuation of macroeconomic factors,the original capital centralized control system will show the disadvantages of development does not adapt with the enterprise.Therefore,must according to the reality of the enterprise,the enterprise capital centralized control system and enterprise management strategy of synchronous optimization,promote enterprise steady development.In this paper,Through concluding and analyzing the problems of ZT company capital centralized control system,by using the theory of financial control,financial management theory and other professional knowledge,combining the reality of enterprise,carry out the research for existing fund centralized control system of ZT company.Then innovation optimization scheme is put forward for each subsystem.In capital budget control subsystem optimization scheme,set up the fund budget management institution,and reconstruct the process of the existing budget control subsystem;In capital operation control subsystem optimization scheme,find the path of system optimization,design a complete capital operation control process;In the assessment of capital control subsystem optimization scheme,establish the evaluation index system of assessment and incentive module.
