Research On The Mode Of Capital Centralized Management In JK

In recent years,with the development of the economy,most of China's enterprise groups have expanded their scale and adjusted their industrial structure.In this process,funds,as currency,occupies a very important position.The estate industry,as one of the pillar industries,has the inherent characteristics of capital-intensive industries.Coupled with the adjustment of policies caused by the rapid development,making the whole industry facing increasingly serious situation.Therefore,the optimization of funds centralized management is a top priority to the estate industry.JK Group,as an outstanding estate conglomerate,the funds centralized management model of it was came into being based on a certain background,and it had a very positive effect,However,as time goes on,the JK Group does not adjust its model as the internal and external environment changes.Then is there a certain problem in its existing model,and how to improve it?This article attempts to proceed from the above questions,conduct appropriate research,hoping to provide some suggestions.This article combine theory and practice,used the research methods from the general to the specific.Starting from the theory of centralized management of funds,combined with the characteristics of the estate industry,applied the theory to the JK Group,analysis the funds centralized management model of JK group,to find out where could be improved.JK Group is currently using the capital settlement center model with a high degree of centralized.Its Implementation of process-oriented management ensure the efficient operation of funds,and also contributed to the rapid development of JK Group in recent years.However,now the development situation of JK Group has broken through the optimal scale and structure of the enterprise in capital settlement center model,therefore,the refonn of its centralized management model of funds is imperative.And when to reform,adjust for what problems,how to adjust,above is the problem of this paper tries to study.In short,this article start from the development process of JK Group's capital centralized management model,combined with its industry characteristics and organizational structure,discussion on measures to solve the problem for the JK Group's existing model.And finally concluded-JK Group may establish such a funds centralized management model that combines both of fund management center and financial companies.
