Enterprise group is an advanced form of organization, synthesizemany kinds of forms of enterprise organization form, has all thecharacteristics of a single enterprise, is the important support ofnational competitiveness. With the development of modern enterprisesystem and market economy and the continuous improvement of capital--especially, security has become the fundamental guarantee of groupenterprise development in cash flow.
