As the economic environment has a fundamental change today, companies are increasingly developing to the group, showing the subordinate members of the unit, a wide geographical distribution, financial management difficult characteristics. The capital is the basis for the survival of production, related to the financial condition and operational efficiency of enterprises. So play the Group’s overall financial strength, to improve the overall efficiency of capital use the funds to establish a scientific management and control system, has become the consensus of the current business of the Group. Group’s external financing through a unified policy, leverage the Group’s financing advantages, enhance financing facilities, while funding for effective monitoring; controlled capital stocks and flows of funds sub-account; make the overall budget, a reasonable allocation of resources. Through effective centralized management and control, to achieve efficiency and effectiveness of enterprise groups the use of funds, reduce the cost of capital, risk prevention and control of the use of funds to ensure the normal operation of the Group, the enterprise value maximization.In this paper, the financial capital of the enterprise as the research object, using case studies and practical norms combination of methods, first describes the background and significance of the research, literature review and were classified and summarized.
