The Study On Factors’ Space Configuration Effect Of Industry Interregional Transfer

Economy in China has risen to the second place in the world,and surpasses America in the foreseeable future to become the world’s largest economy.But in the process of rapid economic development,the exposed problems and risk gradually accumulate,which becomes the unfavorable factors to hinder high quality economic growth.At present,the regional economic development in our country is extremely unbalanced,and the configuration of production factors in the regional disparity is also very obvious.From the end of last century,in order to balance regional development,China introduced many strategic measures,such as the development of the western region,revitalizing the northeast old industrial base and rise of the central region.At the same time,the factor costs of developed eastern region rise sharply and industry development environment is shrinking.Interregional industry transfer tide from the developed eastern region to the central and western underdeveloped areas has been on the rise.In the process of interregional industry transfer,the less developed areas gets new development opportunity,which is advantageous to get fast economic development and change the space configuration of production factors.Spatial configuration effect of production factors can increase industrial productivity and promote economic growth.Therefore,on the adverse condition of the declined investment growth and the disappearance of demographic dividend,the research on how to promote factor allocation effect in less developed areas for the interregional industry transfer is particularly important.Based on the relevant theoretical study of interregional industry transfer,this paper firstly defines the concept of the factors’ space configuration effects of interregional industry transfer,and outlines the effect trend regional industry transfer on factors’ spatial allocation effect from the aspects of capital factor and labor factor.Secondly,influence mechanism interregional industry transfer on the factors’ space configuration effects is analyzed.Again,based on measuring the industrial transfer and factors’ allocation effect,this paper builds evaluation index system the interregional industry transfer to factors’ space configuration effects.Impacts the interregional industry transfer on factors’ space configuration effects are verified by empirical study.Finally,according to the empirical results,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to reduce space configuration inefficiency in the process of interregional industry transfer from the aspect of central government,local governments which take over factors and local governments which transfer out factors.
