In the perspective of globalization, the world economic integration development become the inevitable trend in today’s global economy,International industrial transfer lead to redistribution of the global manufacturing resource, industrial transfer on a global scale becomes more complicated. As the world economic structure adjustment, the focus of the economic development of our country start by "speed priority" to "quality first", "New normal" economic model to become the main trend in the current and future long-term development of our country,so the Industrial structure adjustment is imminent. Industrial transfer from the perspective of discipline theory can be defined as an important research content of industry economics, which is occurred in different economic development level of regional between a kind of important economic phenomenon; From the perspective of the reality of our country economic development, industrial transfer is the main way that cause industrial structure adjustment and optimize regional economic structure, the coordination of regional economic development important bridge. So industry transfer on the basis of the coordinated regional economic development, is bound to the overall development of social economy to bring the influence of different level. At the same time, society and people’s livelihood problems brought by the special national conditions in our country, especially the employment problem is the key research topics of concern from all walks of life in our country. Although the advancement of industrial transfer process in our country, its brings the change of labor employment situation, not only reflected in the total labor force employment in the redistribution of geographic space, at the same time have a certain on the employment of different dimensions, including labor employment structure, employment skills, etc. Based on this, this article mainly aims at the related research of employment effect of interregional industry transfer. Integrated use literature analysis, economics model and empirical study method and other research methods, respectively from the perspective of theory and practice. Deep research the theoretical mechanism and economic judgment of interregional industry transfer of employment in our country.This paper consists of six chapters:The first chapter is introduction. This chapter mainly about the research background, research object, definition, research content and so on six aspects described in this paper and study the overall framework,expound research process. Made clear the research object of this paper is the effect of employment of interregional industry transfer, mainly refers to the eastern, central and western region industrial manufacturing industry transfer, its effect on employment mainly refers to the influence on aggregate employment, employment structure and the employment skills.The second chapter, theoretical foundation and literature review. This chapter review classical theory of industrial structure adjustment and industry transfer, found the research of how the industrial transfer impact the labor market is still in its primary stage: related research quantity is less; the existing research content depth is also insufficient; lack of doctoral dissertation outcome or high level journals. And from the practical meaning of the research topic, industry transfer impact on employment is not only the important basis of the adjustment of the industrial policy in China, but also is one of people’s focus on our social livelihood. In order to remedy the defect this paper carried out related research.The third chapter,Theory mechanism of the effect on employment of our country interregional industry transfer. This chapter is the main content of this article research, mainly according to the theory of location factors and comparison of the cost, and based on the theory of factor endowment theory and related theoretical framework, using economics model method, comprehensive analysis of the influence factors of interregional industry transfer in our country and the main mode, and different dimensions mechanism of different mode influence of employment. First of all, the regional production factor endowments factors, location and the market demand, policy, institutional factors are the three factors influencing the interregional industry transfer in China, including policy system factors in industrial adjustment process played a large role in our country. According to the main influencing factors of interregional industry transfer, this paper puts forward three main patterns of interregional industry transfer in our country, namely the elements-oriented policy, market pioneering,and export-oriented industry transfer; Secondly, this paper establishes the theoretical mechanism model of interregional industry transfer the effect of employment in China. According to China’s three main modes of interregional industry transfer elements export-oriented industry transfer, market pioneering industry transfer and policy oriented industry transfer, put forward the interregional industry transfer effect mechanism of the general theory of employment, including inputs- total employment effect, the comparative advantage- employment structure adjustment effect, capital and technology- the employment skills upgrading effects and policy transfer- stable employment benefits. This chapter attempts to use more targeted theory model to explore the interregional industry transfer mechanism of the impact of employment, as the analysis of the actual employment effect of interregional industry transfer in our country to bring the theoretical basis.The fourth chapter, an empirical analysis of the employment effect of interregional industry transfer in our country. In this paper, the effect on employment of interregional industry transfer in our country has carried on the empirical analysis, and judge the influence degree of the transfer of industry of our country in the labor market by the data experience. From the point of total employment effects, industrial transfer(outflow) in east China and west industry transfer(undertake) results in decrease of the total employment and the central region of the industrial transfer leads to the increase of the total employment; From the point of employment structure adjustment effect, in our country, the western region to undertake industry transfer of labor force transfer from primary industry to the second and third industry trend has a positive effect, but from the point of the eastern region, its primary industry employment population change and the industrial transfer(industry turn out), there is no significant correlation; From the point of labor employment skills upgrading effects, the interregional industry transfer of labor force employment skills upgrading effect is more significant in the central region, the western region labor skills upgrading effect is still at the initial stage, and the eastern industrial transfer is given priority to with transfer of industrial manufacturing, the labor employment skills upgrading and industry transfer correlation is not big, the more wages, GDP development between region are closely related.The fifth chapter is based on the interregional industry transfer effect on employment policy recommendations. In this paper, on the basis of the theory and empirical research conclusion, first of all, the policy system of the employment priority strategic determine and maximize industry development promoting employment growth; Second let the eastern region market leading role, speed up the talent cultivation; Third, we should realize diversification strategy of the central region to undertake industrial transfer, strengthen leading industry; Fourth, let the government further play the important role of the in macroeconomic regulation and control, strengthen industrial supporting measures and construction of infrastructure in the western region.Chapter six,conclusion and research prospect. This chapter summarizes the main conclusions, limitations and shortcomings of this study, put forward the future research prospect, which provide Suggestions for subsequent research.
