China's garment industry has developed rapidly in today's society.First of all,the convenience of data access,consumers can get a lot of fashion news,at the same time,consumer attitudes have changed.From the clothing point of view,as consumers access to a large number of fashion information,so consumers are no longer satisfied with the quality of clothing,comfort requirements,consumers began to improve the fashion taste to meet the needs of consumers,businesses have to think about the issue one.Second,under the condition of rapid data growth,how to effectively analyze data,manage data,make better use of it in the process of garment product development to improve the quality of product development and ultimately assist the brand in its own effective construction and development,and become a leader in various garment enterprises Focus on another issue.This paper optimizes the existing problems in the process of product development in a large number of literature theoretical studies,case studies and business practices.The main work is as follows:(1)Focus on the analysis of clothing product development and sales data related theory,theoretical studies are summarized.The ZARA,UR brand a lot of data collection,research in the process of product development process characteristics for L brand product development process to pave the way for the optimization.(2)Through the apparel product development process application status and organizational structure of the relevant theory for the development of the following apparel product development to provide research direction.(3)Integrate L brand product development process by participating in the L brand's enterprise practice,analyze sales data application proportion in the process,and present its existing problems.After that,the company put forward the optimization plan from the aspects of product planning,design planning,technicalresearch,purchasing and production,etc.to improve the precision of product development and reduce inventory,strengthening the competitiveness of enterprises.
