With the development of our country's clothing industry and the changes of clothingconsuming mode, the competition of clothing industry is more and more severe. In orderto response to the change of market environment quickly and realize sustainabledevelopment in the more and more severe market competitions, the apparel enterprisesneed to improve the flexibility of themselves. At present, the most important problem totrouble the apparel enterprises is the problem of operating inertia, at the same time, themost effective method to lower the operating inertia is to realize the precise and accuratedevelopment of apparel products. In view of this point, firstly, the concept, the harm andthe causes of apparel enterprises' operating inertia are discussed in this thesis. Secondly, the thesis concludes the five main problems of the precise and accurate development ofapparel products by analyzing the questionnaire data results. The five main problemsinclude the target consumer orientation, the consumer demand forecasting, introducingconsumer, the collaboration of product development in the supply chain, and the retailoutlet orientation. In the end, by adopting the combination of qualitative and quantitativemethods, the methods of how to realize the optimization of the five main problems areconcluded in the thesis. The research will help to search an effective approach to loweroperating inertia based on the realization of the precise and accurate development ofapparel products. Furthermore, it can improve the enterprises' quick response to thechanges in the market, and help them to succeed in the severe competitions of the market.
