Secondly, the thesis concludes the five main problems of the precise and accurate development ofapparel products by analyzing the questionnaire data results. The five main problemsinclude the target consumer orientation, the consumer demand forecasting, introducingconsumer, the collaboration of product development in the supply chain, and the retailoutlet orientation. In the end, by adopting the combination of qualitative and quantitativemethods, the methods of how to realize the optimization of the five main problems areconcluded in the thesis. The research will help to search an effective approach to loweroperating inertia based on the realization of the precise and accurate development ofapparel products. Furthermore, it can improve the enterprises' quick response to thechanges in the market, and help them to succeed in the severe competitions of the market.
