With the rapid development of the global economy,the market competition is intensifying,so that enterprises have to make full use of all their resources to ensure their survival and development.In the lifeblood of the national economy,the state-owned economy plays a leading role in the national economy and plays a key role in realizing the national macro-control goal.State-owned enterprise performance management affects the efficiency and effect of state-owned assets,under the market economy environment,large and medium-sized state-owned enterprises are the mainstay of the national economic development,how to in line with international standards and suit China's national conditions,the use of scientific performance management,enhance the competitive advantage of state-owned enterprises,is an important problem in front of state-owned enterprises.Based on the research of Dalian state-owned enterprise performance management,this article selects the 21 employees of state-owned enterprises and 357 market questionnaire survey and in-depth interviews of four employees of the performance management to deeply research and analysis,to explore the existing defects and deficiencies,and targeted countermeasures are put forward.First summarized the definition of performance management,and expounds the related theory of performance management,describes the connotation and function,deeply analyze the performance management of each link and stage,illustrates the present stage the status quo of the state-owned enterprises in the aspect of performance management in Dalian,explore the root causes of problems.Second,through the market survey questionnaire and depth interview information feedback,the state-owned enterprises existing in performance management deficiencies,on this basis put forward the strategies of the Dalian area in terms of performance management measures.Finally,based on science of key performance indicators,combining the assessment mechanism of the balanced scorecard,make full use of the performance evaluation results,for the state-owned enterprise into technical innovation,improve the performance management mode,strengthen the state-owned enterprise core competitive advantage of Dalian region.
