Present Situation And Suggestion Of Fruit Industry Development In Huludao

As an important city of Circum-Bohai Economic Circle,Huludao occupies an important position in the national economy according to its natural resources and social resources.This paper analyzes the favorable conditions and unfavorable factors of fruit development in the city by SWOT analysis,and puts forward the opportunity and threat of fruit development in this city.The development of fruit industry in Huludao has the advantages of obvious location,large scale industry,notable scientific achievements and strong technical force.However,some disadvantages are also discovered,such as the backward cultivation system,imperfect infrastructure,low standardization and weak industrial system.When it comes to the development opportunities,it includes the broad market prospects,strong government support,farmers enthusiasm,meanwhile some threats must be faced,for instance the development of trade barriers in developed countries,and other major fruit-producing areas of domestic growth and some others.Based on the analysis of the development situation of fruit industry at home and abroad,this paper investigated the regional and social economic conditions of fruit industry development in Huludao,the changes of total area and total output of fruit trees in the past ten years,the planting structure and the change trend of different tree species area and yield,also the trends of development of fruit industry in Huludao are analyzed.The fruit industry in the city is characterized by variety,rationalization of regional layout,scale of production and standardization,and the yield,quality and benefit of fruit are improved steadily.The results show that the development of the fruit industry in the city has some problems,such as the renewal of Old Remnant orchard,the backwardness of cultivation mode,the incomplete breeding system and the poor ability to resist the disease,and some suggestions are put forward to promote the development of Huludao fruit industry.(1)Strengthening the construction of nursery stock system.(2)Strengthening the direction of regional development.(3)Adhere to the principle of sustainable development.(4)Vigorously develop leading enterprises.(5)Efforts to ensure fruit safety.(6)The implementation of science and technology to revitalize the fruit strategy.(7)Focus on creating sightseeing orchard Landscape.(8)To inject more cultural connotations.
