Since 1990,in China’s reform and opening up and the extensive mode of economic development,although China’s cement output achieved 25 consecutive growth,but the problem of resource consumption,environmental damage,excess capacity,market competition has become increasingly prominent.At the same time,under the common influence of the new normal and the global financial crisis,the development of cement industry is difficult.H India Cements Limited was founded in 1997,which mainly engaged in the production and sales of cement and clinker,and the leading industry in cement manufacturing,also involves many fields of chemical building materials,energy saving and environmental protection,international trade,hotel and catering.However,the company is also facing marketing problems such as overcapacity,imbalance.Based on the above situation,this thesis comprehensively analyzes the internal and external environment faced by enterprises according to the PEST analysis and SWOT analysis methods,and establishes the SWOT strategic choice model,and formulates the strategic principles and strategic objectives.From the expansion of the scale,market coordination,develop six aspects of concrete and cement products market,enterprise risk management,technological innovation and product development,enterprise culture and human resources,develop the enterprise strategy implementation strategy for the enterprise strategic target management provides an important strategic support.At the same time,according to the internal and external environment of the enterprise,the strategic choice is analyzed from the aspects of scientific and technological innovation,scientific layout,marketing,human resources,financial management,production operation and enterprise culture.This thesis focuses on the development strategy of H India Cements Limited,which from two aspects of practice and theory.It combined with macro policy,competition situation,development process of cement industry at home and abroad.It comprehensive use of strategic management theory and analytical tools,which formulated a strategy to enhance the overall competitiveness and achieve survival and sustainable development.
