Human resource management is one of the core contents of enterprise management.That whether the quantity,quality and structure of human resources can meet the development needs of enterprises is the core of realizing the strategic competitive advantage of the company.Leader Electronics has a 30 years of development history of the electronic technology group,of which staff education structure imbalance,lack of talent pool,the allocation of human resources and low efficiency of human resource management issues have hindered the development of the company.How to meet the development needs of the company in the quantity,quality and structure of human resources has become a problem to be solved by the managers of the company.Based on the theory of human resources strategy management,this paper analyzes the company's macro environment,competitive environment and internal environment of leading electronic group by using PEST and Porter five force model,which is the basis of discovering the leading companies External opportunities and threats,internal strengths and weaknesses,using SWOT analysis method to develop alternative strategies under the current situation for the company;Some strategic programs on human resources management has been identified from the proposed options,such as improving the recruitment system to increase the number of talent to achieve balance between supply and demand,actively encouraging employees to further study in colleges and universities,improving the staff career planning system and reward and punishment system,taking staff independent innovation into consideration.Finally,according to the four strategic plans of human resource management,the author uses the technical method of human resources strategic planning to predict the supply and demand of human resources in the next five years.Based on the comprehensive analysis of human resource forecasting results,the overall goal and concrete implementation measures of human resource strategy management is made.
