Problems And Countermeasures Of Network Transaction Management By Industrial And Commercial Administration

The development of internet information technology makes network transaction as the main representative of e-commerce is increasingly becoming the main position to expand consumer demand,improve people's livelihood and promote employment,and creates far-reaching impact on the economic and social sustainable development.At the same time,the network sales of fake and shoddy goods,infringement of intellectual property rights,unfair competition,speculation credit,unfair format contract terms,network consumer rights difficulties and other network transactions continue to occur.The diversification of the network subject,the virtuality of the network transaction,the concealment of the network illegal act and the non-regional operation of the network management become the new subject for the industrial and commercial supervision.Based on the perspective of industrial and commercial administration,this paper analyzes the current situation of the implementation of network transaction management,puts forward five suggestions as the focus of the network transaction management countermeasures:strengthen the network transaction supervision law,break through the difficulties in dealing with the illegal behavior of online transactions,establish and improve the construction of network transaction integrity system,improve the consumer rights system and measures,integrate the network transactions Supervision of resources.It provides a reference for constructing perfect supervision system of network transaction,improving the supervisory efficiency of administrative departments,also establishing fair and orderly network market order and promoting the healthy development of network economy.
