Study On The Improvement Of Network Transaction Supervision By Industrial And Commercial Administrations

The rapid development of network economy has produced a huge amount of network operation subject,which involves complicated fields and links.It has brought a lot of challenges and regulatory pressure to the business sector.The research on improve the supervision of online transactions by Industrial and commercial administrations will help improve the online trading environment and promote the orderly and healthy development of the online trading market.At present,the industrial and commercial departments have adopted the accelerated establishment of the main database of network operation.Strengthening law enforcement to investigate the illegal behavior of online transactions,etc.However,there are still some problems in the regulation of online transaction supervision,such as imperfect regulations,imperfect data of network operators,the quality of network supervision teams,and the lack of supervision.This paper analyzes the current situation and predicament of the industry and Commerce Department in the supervision of online transaction,and puts forward some countermeasures such as perfecting the legal regulation system of network transaction,perfecting the perfect perfection of the main database of the online trading market,promoting the construction of industrial and commercial network supervision,strengthening inter-departmental cooperation,speeding up the construction of credit system and forming the multivariate co-governance of online trading market.Hopefully,this paper will provide some reference for the industry and Commerce Department to improve the supervision of online transaction.
