Abstract/Summary:
LX Group is a large state-owned investment holding company in Shandong Province, one of the pipe key enterprises in Shandong Province, and an important investment and financing platform in Shandong Province. The main business scope includes financing, investment and capital management. The financial business has been the LX Group’s business units. Since the LX Group was established, it constantly improves the development strategies, optimizes the asset structure, approves by the provincial SASAC financial, investment, capital management of the main business range, explore the formation of a "finance and investment business rely on, rely on capital management to enhance the value of equity to achieve the operational mode of the state-owned assets ". The financial business is mainly involved in the field of trust, securities, insurance, investment funds, commercial banks, and focus on the type of financial guarantee, pawn, futures, insurance agents, small loans, finance leases and other business areas to expand opportunity to seek investment. In addition to the financial-related businesses, LX Group in terms of energy, infrastructure, culture and media have made rapid development.Through the LX Group interview survey and questionnaire research, I found LX Group’s human resources have in-depth understanding, clear the problems of the LX Group in Human Resource Management. Interview research, I found the LX Group’s department set up relatively well but there are departmental functions are not clear, also found that the positions of the various departments of the LX Group setting, there are some areas for improvement. These two issues, I re-combing clear LX Group of departmental responsibilities, and re-adjustment and improvement of the positions of the various departments set. Through a questionnaire survey, I found the six modules of the organizational development and employee recognition, organizational structure and job responsibilities, management systems and work processes, career development, incentive pay, performance management, LX Group exists in Incentive Compensation and Performance Management more problematic. In this article, I select the LX Performance Management Group as a research object, the more in-depth analysis, and optimized design. LX Group of the problems in performance management, I adjust the comb from the department functions and job settings as a starting point, the LX Group’s performance management to optimize the design to form the LX Group’s performance management system, and in accordance with the responsibilities of various departments and business conditions, the design is completed performance appraisal forms for various departments. I found through research LX Group in pay administration in the same larger problem. Relative to performance management, remuneration management involves a wider depth is greater. In this paper, but due to the limited energy, capacity and other aspects, I did not LX Group’s remuneration management for further research in this area to be the next depth.
